For regular cashback transactions, the Pending status tells that the transaction is tracked with the retailer, and will be Approved once retailer confirms that the order is not cancelled/returned, and pay us in the monthly cycle.
For Referral earnings, the Pending status tells that the referred friend has not met the minimum redemption amount.
For Regular cashback transactions, the Approved status tells that the transaction has been approved and paid by retailer to MeriMoney, and MeriMoney has approved the earned cashback to add them to available cashback. Once your available balance meets the Rs. 500.00, you can redeem them for different available options on MeriMoney.
For Referral earnings, the approved status tells that the referred friend has met the Rs. 500.00 , and your referral bonus has been added to your available balance.
MeriMoney allows you to earn cashback on purchases from our partner retailers. To qualify for cashback, the retailer must confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and successful (not returned or cancelled).
The retailer holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the transaction. There can be various reasons for denying or not tracking the transaction. The most common reasons are: MeriMoney link not clicked, another link clicked after clicking out from MeriMoney, some invalid coupons codes used, gift cards purchased, to mention few of them.
Using a Coupon, Gift Voucher, Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Store Credit may void your cashback.
